Each set contains 3 types of paper in 3 different sizes so you can try a variety of options without committing to a lot of pages. The paper is glue-bound at the top of the page and has a cardboard backing, making each style of paper into a handy notepad.

This set features 25 sheets of each of the following kinds of paper:

• 35NFC (B7 size) - 35NFC is food-grade oil-resistant paper. Most oil-resistant paper uses plastic film or flourine resin, but these are not the most environmentally friendly. 35NFC avoids these materials, and produces its oil-resistancy through overlapping layers of highly dense paper. Regular paper absorbs oil immediately on contact, but with 35NFC there is no oil absorption, even after 30 minutes.
• Typewriter Paper (A6 size) - This Typewriter Paper si made to handle the strong strikes of the typewriter keys, able to show-through crisp letters even if stacked five sheets thick.
• Champion Copy (B6 size) - Champion Copy was developed to provide high translucency and sturdiness for use in the diazo copying process. It is also suitable for offset and letterpress printing.
