At Vanness Pen Shop, we want you to be delighted with your writing experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original product boxes and include all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our Little Rock showroom for inspection.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
